Shipping Policy

Custom-Made to Order Merchandise

All merchandise is custom made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, orders begin processing immediately after purchase and cannot be modified or canceled once production has started.
Production Timeline
Orders are typically completed within 10 business days from the date the order is placed.
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Production timelines may be affected by:

  • Order volume

  • Supply availability

  • Seasonal demand

Customers will be notified if production is expected to exceed the standard timeline.
Shipping Timeframes
Once production is complete, orders are shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping transit times are separate from production time and are determined by the carrier.
Shipping time estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Carrier service disruptions

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, all delivery-related issues must be addressed directly with the carrier.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once the order ships. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates.
International Shipping (If Applicable)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is accurate at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
